Purpose & Audience: I created multiple proofs-of-concept during a graduate special topics course to modernize a Denton city policy and a chapter from the Texas Department of Health and Human Services (HHSC) manual for Animal Control Officers. The goal was to bring these documents in line with 21st-century industry standards for technical design.

Revised PDF for the same policy. Both content and design were revised to best inform the audience on how to correctly follow the policy.
